TOOL SHOP

A crucial place in terms of maintaining continuity of production is our own tool-shop in which tools are produced. The tools are properly adjusted to the technological process. Constant repairs and maintenance of tools and instruments are among the services performed in the tool-shop. A group of qualified fitters and toolmakers works in the shop. Moreover, we also produce tools commissioned by other companies.



Tasks of the tool shop::

  • Making injection moulds, including hot-channel ones, for the production of polypropylene extruded shapes.
  • Modernization and regeneration of moulds used in current production.
  • Making dies and press tools.
  • Making swaging tools, e.g. for processing brass.
  • Repair and maintenance of tools and devices.
  • Making ordered tools.

Equipment of the tool shop:

  • Modern CNC machine tools for the production of 600 mm x 1000 mm injection moulds, weighing up to 2000 kg.
  • Modern CNC processing centre with milling in 4 axes.
  • Modern wire electrical discharge machine for production of complicated elements for dies, blanking tools and shaping tools with the accuracy of 0.005 mm.
  • Impulse microwelding set for repairs and modernization of damaged dies.
  • More than 30 various tools used for the production of dies and other tools. They include milling machines, turning lathes, roll grinders and hardening furnaces.
