Thanks to our state-of-the-art machines and experience in manufacturing of brass products we have achieved high standard of manufacturing this type of products. Our specialist machines ensure optimization of the production process, reduction of production costs which allows for maintaining competitive prices of our products. We deal with production of brass elements, such as cone seat unions, union elbows (taper seat), extensions, nipples, reductions, pipe tees, couplers, nipple elbows, as well as distributors. Apart from distributors, their component parts are also delivered, which allows for any configuration as requested by the customer. We offer technical support in the design stage, execution of prototypes and implementation of production in line with customers’ needs.

For production of brass elements we use material purchased from the leading manufacturers. The most common brass alloys used in production include:

CW614N (CuZn39Pb3), CW617N,(CuZn40Pb2) and CW602N. Depending on our customers’ requirements, our tube couplings may be covered with chromium-nickel coating. We can also produce rolled elements made of steel.
