The company made another milestone on the path of our development and strengthening of the image – we’ve moved to the new headquarters. The new office is several times larger than the old one what should secure the continued rapid growth of the company for the upcoming years.
The office is equipped with conference, training and displaying rooms which allow the company to conduct technical training combined with practical presentation of the products, ensuring access to technical expertise on KANEX products.
The office is directly linked with the production department, which houses the CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, boring machines and others, enabling the production of complex products in the construction, telecommunications and tool industries. The new headquarters commit us to continue the growth and create further innovative and well-suited solutions for our customers.
- NEW welding machine Fronius TransPuls Synergic 2700
KANEX introduces innovations to production through the purchase of new machinery and equipment. Recently we have purchased TransPuls synergic welding machine by Fronius. TransPuls synergic power supply unit 2700 is a digital device with microprocessor control. This device is characterized by high flexibility, which provides its modular design and a set of accessories. Thus, the unit can be adapted to any application.
This device provides multiprocess capabilities, such as:
Central command and control unit in the power supply system is coupled to the digital processor. The control unit, along with the procesor, controls the entire welding process. During the welding proces the real parameters of the machine are continuously measured and the machine responds to any changes on the fly. Control algorithms ensure the maintanance of a specific target status. This means achieving precise welding process reproducibility and excellent welding characteristics.
TransPuls welder Synergic 2700 Fronius accelerates the production process and is ideal for manual and automated welding of normal steel, galvanized steel, chromium-nickel alloys and aluminum.
We’ve set another important step in our development and the strengthening of the image - began the construction of a comprehensive logistics center. Logistics center with an area of production of 6 500 m2, 11 000 m2 of warehouse space 2 500 m2 of and office space built in Bialystok economic sub-zone, where we’ll join the numerous already existing in the zone companies.
Large storage area will allow the company to significantly increase KANEX stocks and strengthen the company's competitive position. Bialystok is an important road and rail junction. The international European route E67 runs through the city, covering up in the country with the national road S8, connecting the countries of Central Europe and Scandinavia. In the city it intersects with the national road S19, connecting Scandinavia with southern Europe.
